High Barn – Saturday 7th May 2011
Dear Sally and Cyla

I just wanted to a HUGE thank you for your fabulous catering at our wedding at High Barn on 7th May. The food was absolutely brilliant - they amount, timing, taste and everything was spot on - everyone really enjoyed it, especially me and Anthony - ha ha! And also a big thank you to your chef who had to help with tightening up the lacing on the back of my dress. He is a multi-talented young man!!

Saturday 4th June – Atheneaum – Bury St Edmunds – 150 guests

Hi Sally,

With regard to the evening itself,.. your organization and the food simply could not have been better... we have had so many compliments about it, I couldn't even start to relay them all to you. Choosing Beef Wellington and the Salmon starter under your guidance was an inspired choice but everyone has been saying how refreshing it was to go to a function and not get Chicken or one of the other usual dishes and how much they loved the Beef and our choice of veg.... the only tongue - in - cheek 'complaint' I heard was a few people asking how they were going to manage a trio of desserts on top of everything else,... but all confirmed that made the sacrifice and managed to clear the plate... and the cheese and biscuits !!!!.

Bridget and I were delighted that you took all the weight off our shoulders and the catering side ran like clockwork... a number of Guests asked who did the catering, and I have been very pleased to tell them, so I hope a little more business comes your way, as a result.

Again with so many thanks for both the organization, and the food, but also for dealing with various other things which cropped up on the night such as liaising with the Bar Staff and the Duty manger and so on.
